Livestock farming is made more efficient and sustainable by using sensor technology to monitor groups or individual animals in terms of welfare, health and yield. Data processing algorithms and models translate this information into advice for decision support or into warning systems to help with the overall farm management and with performing specific tasks or treatments at the correct time.
